A flat week of weight loss for me. I started the week at 211 and finished the week at 211. No real excuse for this. My portion sizes were a bit larger than normal and I just plain ate too much. On Thursday I even had 3 beers. So, not the best week. I will try to bear down this week and get it done. I haven’t been logging my food lately, so perhaps I will try that again. I may have been getting a little over confident since I am so far ahead of my goal (right now I am 3 weeks ahead of schedule). But my bad habits are re-emerging and I will have to be a bit more disciplined to keep them at bay. Since my goal is lifestyle change, I will have to work harder to maintain my discipline.
