A good week. I was able to recover from the previous week of being out of town and not eating very well to a good week where I walked during the day and ate healthy lunches and snacks and controlled my appetite. I am down to 211 lbs today, on Valentine’s Day. A total weight loss of 19 lbs since mid December. Not bad if I do say so myself. Of course with that said, I still look pretty fat and will have to continue to work. I realized this week, that even though I have lost 19 lbs, I still am a “fatty fat.” Don’t get me wrong, I definitely feel better, I just don’t feel like I look any better. I may need to readjust my weight loss goals down further; maybe down to 185 or even 180. This project is going to take longer than I thought.
