Out of town last week for work for a few days. A few too many drinks and way too many calamari. Gained a half pound for the week. Looks like I am falling behind schedule to make my goal of 195 by 3/29. I will have to bare down and get it done. I am not quite half way, but with 18 pounds to go. Wish me luck. Its getting harder to avoid the fatty foods now. Doing good for lunch, Subway or Publix, but evenings are getting harder.
